Mediterranean and Paleo Diet

Is the Vegan Diet not for you? If you can’t seem to get over not having meat in your diet, then following diets may just be what you’re looking for.

Do you love crisp, green veggies? How about cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil? Fresh fish? If you answered yes, to most of these then the Mediterranean Diet is for you. With this extremely healthy diet plan, not only can you lose weight very quickly, but you can expect to enjoy clear and radiant skin, bright eyes, nice hair, and a longer life! The dishes that you’ll eat will be low in saturated fats and minimally processed. While you may occasionally have beef, you’re going to be eating a lot more fish and poultry. You will also be eating a lot of fresh vegetables. Yum, yum. The seasonings are going to make everything pop! You won’t be using a lot of thick sauces so the flavors will taste totally different. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Eat like a caveman! That’s pretty much the Paleo Diet‘s motto. This is a very flexible diet that allows you to eat fresh lean meat, fruits and veggies, certain whole grains, and basically anything that can be hunted or harvested in Nature. The benefits of the Paleo Diet plan have been analyzed and proven in many academic journals. It is incredible to think what a massive difference we can make to our bodies just by changing the everyday food we eat.
The Paleo diet will also help you lose weight. The reason being is that the foods that make up the Paleo diet plan are what dietitians call fat burning foods. Unlike many other diets, the Paleo diet plan actually allows you to eat lots of nourishing food whilst still decreasing your calorie content. You will end up with a lean and fit body.
